My journey in healthcare began in 1994 with a deep commitment to helping others. After qualifying as an Advanced Life Support Paramedic, I expanded my expertise internationally, earning an EMT-P certification in the USA (San Diego County) in 1996. In 1997, I became a registered Advanced Life Support Paramedic in South Africa, dedicating my time to voluntary service. Seeking further specialization, I obtained a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Aviation Health Care in 1999.

In 2001, I felt a calling to blend medical science with holistic healing, expanding my practice to include energy work, body therapies, and pain management. I pursued qualifications in Reiki (Master level), acupressure, and massage therapy, incorporating modalities such as Indian head and neck massage, hand and foot massage, and Lomi Lomi massage. My passion for helping clients manage pain naturally led me to earn a postgraduate qualification in Myofascial Pain Treatment in 2016.
